Cumulative EBITDA over the 2024-26 period will result in a value between $4.2 and $4.4 billion, and cumulative CAPEX of $2.3 billion. 

This value created for shareholders will be distributed to them, via dividend payments, which will have a minimum pay out ratio of 50% of profits in 2026.

The strengthening of our financial balance will lead to the Net Debt/EBITDA ratio reaching a value ≤ 2.5x by 2026, and the share of debt linked to Sustainability indicators will reach 36%.
